How quickly will I hear back?
Messages are read in the order they arrive, usually within a couple of working days. Bug reports that include your browser and the tool name are the fastest to act on.
Can you convert the file for me?
No. We cannot accept files — there is no upload path on this site, which is exactly why conversions stay on your device. Describe the problem instead and we will fix the tool.
Can I ask for a converter that does not exist yet?
Yes, and those requests shape what gets built next. Tell us the input format, the output format and what you are trying to achieve.
